BALLET
Dance Art has a wide range of ballet shoes for dancers of all ages and abilities. Our trained fitters at Croydon, Dandenong & Nunawading are specialists in helping you find the right style and fit for the strength and shape of your feet.
We stock Bloch leather Dansoft & Prolite ballet shoes in full sole and split sole styles. These shoes have a different fitting to street shoes, they come in full & half sizes with up to four width fittings - with so many options, you can see why it’s so important for the dancer to come in to the store to get the correct fit.
For those dancing en Pointe we have Pointe & Demi-Pointe shoes from Gaynor Minden & Bloch. Pointe shoes should fit like a glove and with a choice of fitting in the length, width, box size, heel height and shank, it takes a little extra time to make sure the fitting is correct. This is why we recommend you call your nearest store to make an appointment for a Pointe shoe fitting before you come in, so you know that one of our trained fitters will be available to assist you. Even if you’ve had a Pointe shoe fitting in the past, your feet may change as you gain strength and experience, so your fitting should be checked every time you come in for a new pair.

JAZZ
For your Jazz class, we have Bloch Jazzlite (full sole) and Ultraflex (split sole) shoes in children’s & adult sizes, black & tan. We also stock the popular Bloch Enduro-Tech which offers superior support and breath-ability, and the slip-on Elasta Boot, also in black & tan.
One of our best sellers is
the highly popular Jazz Classic Boost Sneakers by Bloch. Available in adult sizes, the revolutionary split sole offers flexibility without sacrificing support, while the lightweight mesh upper ensures breath-ability and an excellent fit.
All types of dance shoes have different sizing systems to regular street shoes, so it’s always best for the dancer to come in to ensure the correct fitting.

For boys and men we also carry tap shoes by Paul Wright & Bloch.
We only stock brand new quality shoes that are built to last, but because we understand the wear those tap, tap, tapping feet will have on your shoes, we also have paint to cover up those annoying little scuffs, as well as replacement taps & insoles.
